Health Checkup Camp

Varishth Nagrik Sewa Manch and Residents Welfare Association, Sector-19 are organizing a Free Health Checkup Camp on 3rd June, 2018 from 10.00AM to 01,00PM.  Members of VNSM and RWA are requested to come forward to utilize this opportunity at their door step i.e. Community Centre, Sector-19, Faridabad.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

                MEETING OF General Body of VNSM will be held on Sunday, the 20^th May, 2018 at 10.30 A.M. in Community Centre, Sector 19.  The following items of agenda will be discussed:

1. Confirmation of the minutes of last meeting.
2. Constitution of Elders Help Group.
3. Reduce the subscription of Life Membership from present Rs.1100 to Rs. 500.
4. Approval of Statements of Annual Accounts of VNSM for submission to Office of Registrar of  Societies, Faridabad.
5. Information regarding coming Health Check up Camps in coordination with QRG/Celebration of International Yoga Diwas.
6. Any other item with the approval of Chairman.

  

NOTE: FREE RANDOM SUGAR TEST SHALL BE DONE BY M/S GOEL PATHOLOGICAL LABORATORIES &  X-RAY CENTRE, SHOP NO. 31, SECTOR 46, FARIDABAD ON THE MEETING DAY.  THE TEST WILL START AT 9.00 A.M. AND CLOSE SHARP AT 10.30 A.M.  NO TESTS WILL BE DONE ONCE THE MEETING STARTS AT 10.30 A.M.  THEREFORE, INTERESTED MEMBERS SHOULD COME AT 9.00 A.M. SO THAT THEY ARE NOT PUT TO INCONVENIENCE SINCE THE TIMING WILL BE OBSERVED RELIGIOUSLY.

                All the members are requested to attend the meeting/sugar test camp at the specified timings.
