Executive Member's Meeting of Varishth Nagrik Sewa Manch was called on 20th January, 2017 in order to analyse the entries of members received for participation in various games. Entries were taken on record and draws were drawn to organize the game in smooth manner.
In addition to trophies to be given to winners and runner ups it was decided that a memento and a certificate of participation will also be given to all the participating members.
Shri Satish Gupta personally took pain for procuring the Trophies from Delhi.
Shri CS Dalal, Shri Dinesh Garg, Shri Satish Gupta were given the responsibility to observe and judge the events.
Shri VK Mangla and GC Gupta were given the responsibility of hospitality part during the games.
Shri Mohinder Kumar was given the responsibility to design and print the Certificate of Participation.
Schedule as drawn above was displayed on Notice Board at Community Centre, Sector-19 and participating members were also informed over phone regarding their event, date and timings.
Name of Shri Satish Gupta and Shri MaheshChand Gupta was added in the Brisk Walk (above 65 year) on the spot on 27th Morning.
Meeting was summed up with vote of thanks by Shri PC Sharma, General Secretary.
