Governing Body Meeting

The Governing Body Meeting of VNSM was held on 19^th September, 2021 (11.00 AM) at Community Centre Sector-19, Faridabad.                                                                                                                     

Following agenda were discussed:

1. Convening General Body Meeting.  It was decided that GBM will be held on 3^rd October, 2021 (10.30 AM) at Community Centre, Sector-19, Faridabad.
2. Elder Day Celebration. It was decided to honor Super Senior Members who have completed 80 years as on 30^th September, 2021 and not honored till last year. Following members meet the requirement as per records of VNSM.

2. Mrs. Saroj Garg, House No. 327/19
3. Dr. RD Bansal, House No. 1034/19
3. Preparation of Accounts for display during GBM.
4. Preparation of Minute to Minute Program for GBM and assigning responsibility to Executive Members.
5. After GBM Organising Cultural program in the form of  Poetry and Bhajan for and by the Members of VNSM.
6. Finalising the name of Guest of Honour during the GBM.
7. Hosting Lunch after the GBM.
