A meeting of
Governing Body under the chairmanship of Shri J.M.Sharma, President,VNSM was
held on 3rd July, 2018 at 5.30 p.m.
All the members of Governing Body, namely, Shri P.C.Gupta,
Vice-President, Shri S.K. Thakkar, Vice President, Shri Bhagwan Dass, General
Secretary, Shri Mahesh Mittal, Asstt. General Secretary and Shri R.K.Miglani,
Finance Secretary participated.
At the outset
the chairman welcomed the members. It
was informed by the General Secretary that due to non-cooperation of the then
office bearers of VNSM, we are still facing difficulty in carrying out of our
official activities. Firstly, the
erstwhile Governing Body has not intimated the correct Password due to which it
has not been possible to submit mandatory information like result of elections,
annual accounts, details of new office bearers etc. on-line to the Office of
Registrar of Societies, Haryana. Secondly,
the Balance Sheet for the FY 2017-18 given by the then President, VNSM is
un-audited from Chartered Accountant for which efforts are being made by the
present Body. Thirdly,the original copy
of the amended Constitution wherein the tenure of VNSM was increased to 3 years
has not been submitted by erstwhile body of VNSM although Shri Satish Gupta,
the then President, on the day of handing over of records(13.4.2018) assured to
handover as soon as located. The status
of Password was also enquired from Shri Dinesh Garg, who (as informed by Shri
Satish Gupta), was submitting information on-line to the Registrar. But Shri Garg declined to have any knowledge
about password.
It was informed
by GS that a request for issue of new Password has been made to the Registrar
of Societies on 6.6.2018, however even after lapse of about a months time, the
same has not been conveyed by them so far. It was decided that in the first
instance, we may inform the Registrar Office through hard copy of a letter that
till such time a new password has not been issued VNSM should be exempted from
submission of mandatory information and that no penalty, if any, should be
imposed. We may also make efforts to
locate original copy of Amended Constitution, and in case not found, apply for
a certified copy from Registrar of Societies.
Regarding
meeting the Hon’ble Commerce Minister, Haryana, it was agreed to make efforts
to seek an early date from his office so that discussion regarding allotment of
a separate land/building or construction of another floor on the existing
building of Community Hall exclusively for VNSM, could be held.
Shri S,.K.
Thakkar was requested to look into finalizing logistics for arranging a tour of
Senior Citizens to Garhmukteshwar(UP) on 2.9.2019. It was also decided to
purchase a Public Address System(PAS) for smooth conduct of VNSM meetings
etc. A committee comprising Shri
S.K.Thakkar and R.K.Miglani would survey the market and find out the complete
details including price, make, range etc. of a good quality PAS before it is
finalized to purchase the same. This
exercise may be completed by the Team within a fortnight time.
The details for
conducting a cultural program may be discussed in the next meeting of Executive
Committee.
